How can users be added to the Organization?

Once a user has created an account with CDER DIRECT, the user would be the Administrator. On logging in, on the left hand side, under MANAGE ACCOUNT, the user has the capability to go in and create sub-accounts. The user can decide if the user that is being created is an administrator or a general user.
